1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at orders@ecogroworganics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and any further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
c. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product.
d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure to return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item you want.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at orders@ecogroworganics.co.uk with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
7. Change of Mind
