SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery of Goods
We will ensure the delivery of your goods to the address provided in your order. It is essential to provide an accurate delivery address. For larger items dispatched through our courier service, you can specify safe instructions for leaving the items if you are not available. Please be specific while giving these instructions. However, it's important to note that once the goods have been delivered as per your instructions, any loss or damage will be at your own risk, and we cannot accept liability for it.
2. Delivery Times

For Royal Mail 1st class delivery, please allow up to 5 working days. Courier service delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. While we aim to deliver within the quoted time frames, please understand that delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges
​
Delivery charges are clearly detailed on the order page and will be included in the total price for the goods. Additional charges may apply for courier deliveries to non-mainland UK destinations, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Channel Islands. Orders placed and paid for by 12 pm (noon) on a working day are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 12 pm (noon) are usually dispatched the next working day. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekdays between December 25 and January 1. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If the item you chose is out of stock, we will inform you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery time.
4. Important Information regarding Courier Service Deliveries

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm unless you have provided instructions for safe delivery.
5. International Orders
​
For customers ordering from outside the UK, the recipient of the product is responsible for any customs duties or tariffs incurred in the destination country. Your order may also be subject to customs inspection, which may cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
Customers purchasing products for use outside of the UK are responsible for complying with any laws or regulations applicable to the use or resale of the products in the country of use.

RETURN POLICY
1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Procedure

a. Contact our customer support team at orders@ecogroworganics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and any further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
c. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product.
d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure to return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item you want.
